Travel….. lose weight….. come closer to family and friends. I know I do. I wish for things too. But I cannot make myself commit to them. Commitment is a long tern change in routine….. and even though we may say we are cut out for a “changed” lifestyle, many times  we find ourselves going back to the same old everyday agenda. Then I wonder, if my life is supposed to be the way it is. Maybe I should keep doing exactly those things….. because they have a purpose  or a destiny in my life. But I can’t keep waiting to know those things. I feel like if I don’t get that direct answer, then it must be that I should change my ways. But change is risky, and change can be fast. It;s hard to change. We all say we want to…. but we have to ask ourselves…. what are we striving for? How will this impact my life? Am I ready for change?
